Allison Raskin Bio
Allison Beth Raskin (born April 15, 1977) is an American writer, director comedian and podcaster. She is also a vocal advocate for mental well-being. She previously worked as the writer at BuzzFeed Video, but she as well as her colleague Gabe Dunn left to focus on the YouTube comedy channel Just Between Us in 2015. Raskin, born in Manhattan 20 June 1989 to an Jewish mother and father, was raised with her grandparents. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Southern California. Jamin Ben Raskin (born December 13, 1962) is a American attorney law professor as well as a politician who has been representative for the U.S. representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district as of 2017. The law professor who was the prosecutor of choice for the impeachment trial of President Trump. Rep. Jamie Raskin has decided not to run for Maryland's vacant Senate seat, but instead be seeking reelection in the House which he plans to take over the position of chairperson of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac along with numerous other areas of the most prosperous suburban regions in Washington, D.C., are within the 8th District. Rockville, Silver Spring, and Bethesda comprise the more diverse and economic communities in this district. Maryland is the state that forms part of the United States of America.
