Annika Charlotta Sorenstam is an Swedish professional golfer. She is regarded as one of the best female golfers ever. She is the golfer who has the highest number of international victories prior to her retirement from the sport at the end 2008 season. Annika Sorenstam, a well-known golfer from Sweden who is known for her exceptional results on the female-only golf circuit. In the year prior to her departure, her competition was 2008. After winning around 90 international competitions, she was recognized as the greatest female golfer ever. Annika was among the top three finishes and was awarded the LPGA rookie of the year. Annika took home her first LPGA Tour event in 1995 in the US Women Open. It was also the first non-American female to be awarded the Vare Trophy. Annika is also the top performer on the Money List. In 2008, Annika made the choice to take a break from competitive play. She also pitched the first pitch during that match. His most recent tour victory came in a playoff at the Suzhou Taihu lady's open. This tournament was jointly sponsored by Ladies European Tour & Ladies Asian Tour.
